1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the RideCraft Driver App (“App”),
provided by RideCraft Technologies LTD (“RideCraft”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. About the App
RideCraft provides software solutions for mobility companies, including the RideCraft Driver
App used by drivers connected to an Operator.
The App enables drivers to:
• receive and manage trip requests
• update availability status
• access trip and navigation information
• communicate with Operators where applicable
RideCraft is a technology provider and does not provide transportation services directly.
3. Eligibility
To use the App, you must:
• be at least 18 years old
• hold a valid driving licence
• comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• be authorised or approved by an Operator to use the App
You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information and documents remain
accurate and up to date.
4. Relationship with Operators
You acknowledge and agree that:
• you provide transportation or related services independently or through an Operator
• the Operator is responsible for:
– dispatch operations
– fares and payments
– driver onboarding
– customer relationships
– compliance with local transport regulations
RideCraft is not a party to any agreement between you and an Operator.
5. Use of the App
You agree to use the App responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
You must:
• provide accurate information
• maintain the security of your account credentials
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• use the App in a professional and lawful manner
You must not:
• misuse or interfere with the App
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• impersonate another individual or driver
6. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers are responsible for:
• maintaining valid licences, permits, and insurance
• ensuring their vehicle is safe and roadworthy
• complying with road safety and transport laws
• behaving professionally when interacting with passengers or Operators
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in suspension or removal from the App.
7. Location and Tracking
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
• your real-time location may be collected and processed while using the App
• background location data may be used during active driver sessions
• location information may be shared with the Operator for dispatching, navigation, and safety
purposes
Location access is necessary for core functionality of the App.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
RideCraft may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App where:
• these Terms are breached
• false or misleading information is provided
• required licences or documents are invalid or expired
• activity creates safety, security, or fraud concerns
• requested by the Operator you work with
Where appropriate, we may investigate suspected misuse of the App.
9. Availability of the App
RideCraft aims to provide a stable and reliable experience for drivers using the App.
From time to time, certain features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance,
updates, or technical issues.
We may introduce updates or changes to improve the functionality, security, and performance
of the App.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
• RideCraft is not responsible for disputes between drivers, passengers, or Operators
• RideCraft is not responsible for loss of earnings, business interruption, or indirect damages
arising from use of the App
• RideCraft does not guarantee the availability of trips, bookings, or earnings opportunities
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the App is also governed by the RideCraft Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed in accordance with the
Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the App, including software, branding, logos, and
content, remain the property of RideCraft or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App in accordance
with these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
RideCraft may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
Where appropriate, we may notify users of significant changes through the App or other
communication methods.
Continued use of the App after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised
Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the
courts of England and Wales.
